I wanted to share a review for new parents looking to purchase something from Goldtex. I can honestly say that quality of service is top-notch. Goldtex is a family owned business and it shows based on their knowledge of products, really knowledgeable, but more so just genuinely wanting to help you find the best fit for your family, you can tell they aren't just trying to get a sale. They'll answer any concerns and provide education to both new and experienced parents. I ordered the Primo Viaggio 4-35 car seat with base in late September. After following up with Goldtex, as it had not shipped within the 2-3 day processing time, I was informed that the car seat in the specific color I wanted was out of stock at the time of ordering. Goldtex quickly informed me of when it would be back in stock and I opted to wait. Unfortunately, after the expected delay (2 weeks) the car seat was going to be further delayed until early November. This was too late for my needs. Goldtex promptly offered an alternative and a fair discount for the inconvenience. I recommend ordering and working with this company. Their customer service is excellent!

The Team at Goldtex are all very kind people, I had contacted them with some questions and was shown great hospitality. When I came to the store in person, it was no different. I was also impressed with the size of the store and the amount of things up for sale. Would highly recommend parents to check this place out.

I needed a replacement mattress for my cradle. Found one easily on their website. Ordered it on Sunday and it arrived Tuesday afternoon. Price was more then reasonable. Will definitely order from them again.

I bought a travel system at their location and got it delivered within 2 days. Customer service was excellent. They had an issue with my address and got it fixed right away. I asked for it to be delivered at my back door and they were kind enough to put it in between both doors so it wasn't standing all day in sight. Hopefully the travel system is as good as my experience with them!

They have a great selection of kids formal wear for weddings, first communions and confirmations. They also have baby clothes and furniture. I was surprised by the selection and great prices.
